Reporting

  • Monthly and quarterly reports according to the landlord’s individual requirements (rent and prepayment schedules, cash flows, management reports, P&L statements, trial balances, arrears overview, VAT reports)
  • Preparation of all reports for banks, shareholders, auditors and tax consultants
  • Support / upstream work for all the landlord’s enquiries and preparation of special summaries and reports for external and internal purposes (e.g. fund reporting)
  • Compilation and regular monitoring and updating of detailed lists of tenants (apart from the main information on a tenancy, also key figures on the rating, index and any possible undercoverage of advance payments of auxiliary costs in comparison to a settlement result planned using the budget)
  • Electronic transmission of accounting data to another accounting system
  • Calculation of covenants and preparation of compliance certificates and/or certificates of no default
  • Proactive information management
