- Property letting by our own expert personnel or, if necessary, also working together with external specialists – we are able to call on a wide network throughout Germany for this purpose
- All activities concerned with re-letting vacant premises, including contract negotiations, preparing rent agreements, handing over rented space
- Setting up and managing an on-the-spot letting office
- On-going control of rent agreements (incl. monitoring terms of tenancies, contract negotiations in agreement with the owners) and preparation of action for re-letting
- All contracts for new leases are reviewed by our in-house legal department
