Real estate management is more than the sum of all details: Only those who maintain a broad overview can keep their customers satisfied through the years. Established in Soest in 1994 as Thilo Schauff Immobilienverwaltung, and converted to a limited (GmbH) company in 1996, we have become big with private and institutional customers from Germany and around the world. Almost all our clients came to us through personal recommendations and have remained loyal to us right up to the present day.
We have been called ESTAVISIO since 2010. Our new name, composed of the words “estate” and “vision”, expresses what matters to us. Namely to maintain a broad overview with regard to the multi-faceted tasks involved in professional real estate management and to safeguard the individual interests of our customers. Those are the aims, yet they can only be achieved by knowing what is really important to customers. We at ESTAVISIO know it.
